All rentals are subject to availability and rented on a first come, first served basis. We do not have online booking at this time.

General fees include:

Date hold fee: $20

Deposit: $200 (Refundable, due when picking up the key to the location)

Rental Fee: $60 for first 2 hours ($25 for each additional hour)

Damaged or Lost Key – $25

General Rules: Alcoholic Beverages allowed as outlined in the contract.

Allowed 1 hour before and 1 hour after the event to set up/clean up.

You are responsible for returning chairs and tables to storage area, all clean-up, to include cleaning floors, bagging and taking out trash, turning off lights, heat/air, etc.

If the event entails alcoholic beverages or dancing, you must hire an off-duty Venus Police Officer for the full event.

Contact Nathan Drambareanu at 972-366-3348 nathand@cityofvenus.org to make arrangements. You must pre-pay the officer at the beginning of the event. No exceptions.

  • 9 round white plastic – 6ft tables
  • 6 round brown wood – 6ft tables
  • 1 rectangular plastic – 8ft table
  • 170 chairs
  • 5 piece – 8ft x 20ft stage
