Upgrades
In 2018, along with a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the City of Venus was able to upgrade many amenities at Fielder park making it the perfect location for after school or weekend activies.
Here is a list of a few amenities that Fielder Park has to offer:
- Full size basketball court
- Kids playground
- Concrete track
- Baseball/Softball fields
- Several pavilions
- Open space for other activities
Featured Amenities
Basketball Court
Concrete Track
Come and enjoy walking, jogging or running at our improved concrete track. It is illuminated and can be used even after the sun has gone down. Your feet will be put to the test when you do 5 laps totalling a 1.5 mile distance.
Kids Playground
The playground has been updated to make sure that it had all of the toys needed for the kids to enjoy as well as a new canopy for added shade.
Pavilions
The park has several pavilions so that you can either play in the sun or stay in the shade. Our large pavilion is available to rent for birthday parties or other outdoor events. If you are interested or need more information please call us at 972-366-3348.
