Special Event Information

This page is intended to assist organizations in coordinating and planning events in an efficient manner. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval of a permit and/or event.  

Please click to complete the Special Events Application. Proof of insurance is required for all events taking place on City property.  In addition, please provide a site plan for the committee to adequately review your event and assist your organization in a thorough and efficient manner.

Note: Special Event Ordinance 741-2020-12 was adopted by the City of Venus City Council and your application will be deemed incomplete if you have not paid the associated fee(s).
