Compliment or Complaint
The Venus Police Department is dedicated to providing excellent police service with honor and integrity to the residents, businesses, and visitors to the City of Venus.
Our officers are held to a high standard, and we want to be notified any time anyone feels that an officer either went above the call of duty or when an officer fell short of expectations.
Compliments
We want to recognize officers who have exceeded the expectations of the public. Compliments are reviewed by the officer's chain of command and the Leadership Team determines if the conduct of the officer deserves a commendation in their file or if the conduct meets the definition of a higher award. The compliment is also shared with the officer and often posted in the patrol briefing room and/or shared in department wide email.
The below link will send an email to the Venus Police Department's Leadership Team. Please include your contact information, approximate date, time, and location of the incident along with the officer's name if known and details about the service you received from our officer(s).
