The Code Enforcement Department was established to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of the City of Venus. Our neighborhoods are the environment in which we live and raise our families. Nuisances can devalue, detract and degrade the quality of any neighborhood. Recognizing the importance of protecting the home environment, the city has adopted codes that govern the use and maintenance of property. Property code violations, if left unresolved, can deplete the value of your real estate assets.

It is our job to help maintain the quality of our community. We do this through a fair and unbiased enforcement program which corrects violations of City of Venus Ordinances that have been voted on and adopted by City of Venus Council.
